Audrey dress

The Audrey dress is completely handmade using a Jersey stitch. A French embroidery has been crocheted to the center front and back to create a blend of textures beautiful to the eye.

The dress has two sidepieces made of crocheted flowers affixed by hand to each other and then to the dress front and back, adorned by Swarovski crystals that give off light and emit a visual rhythm from the artistic composition of the dress.

The skirt front is open, elegantly revealing an important part of the legs, and the bateau neckline is edged with Swarovski crystals to balance the points of greatest impact.

The beautiful back décolleté is bordered by crystals almost to the waist, finished by two straps fastened by a light-emitting Swarovski crystal.

The skirt flows outward, just below the derriere, covered by crocheted flowers to create a gorgeous and highly glamorous effect. The skirt-tail is embroidered entirely with Swarovski crystals.

The dress is made entirely of natural rayon (viscose), a regenerated, very versatile fiber that has the same comfortable properties as other natural fibers.  Rayon feels like silk to the touch and glows so that each movement of the dress around the body constructs an unforgettable image.  The embroidered appliqués are 100% cotton.

The dress is lined with a nude polyester bias-cut sheer that creates a beautiful semi-translucent effect on the sides and draws attention to the optical play of the crocheted flowers.

This dress is one of a kind.  It must only be dry-cleaned and kept folded, not hung. It is delicate and may stretch a bit with use both lengthwise and widthwise.
